- A booking is confirmed only after payment (if applicable) and confirmation via call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email
- Incorrect booking details provided by the guest may lead to issues for which Pawna Lake Camping is not responsible
4. Pricing & Payments

- Applicable charges will be clearly communicated at the time of booking
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
- We do not store card or banking details
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on booking type

- Transaction and convenience charges are non-refundable
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days
