At Pawna Lake Camping, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience for all our guests. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms for cancellations, refunds, and booking modifications for our camping and cottage stays.

By making a booking with Pawna Lake Camping, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Successful payment (if applicable), and
  • Confirmation shared by Pawna Lake Camping via call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of stay (camping, cottages, or special packages).

  • The applicable cancellation policy will be clearly communicated at the time of booking

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed after proper verification
  • Eligible refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 working days, depending on banks or payment gateways

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain offers or discounted bookings may be non-refundable

  • No refund will be applicable in such cases
  • This will be clearly informed during booking

5. Modification of Booking

Booking changes (date, number of guests, stay type) are:

  • Subject to availability
  • May involve additional charges or price differences
  • Confirmed only after approval

6. Early Check-Out

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Early check-outs
  • Unused services or nights

7. Force Majeure

No refunds will be applicable for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Weather conditions
  • Pandemics
  • Other unforeseen events

Any exception will be at the discretion of Pawna Lake Camping management.

8. Service Charges

  • Convenience fees, transaction charges, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable
  • These charges are independent of booking refunds

9. Refund Disputes

In case of disputes:

  • Our team will review the situation and assist accordingly
  • Final decisions will be based on the policy shared during booking
